APPOINTMENTS

To secure your appointment a $20 deposit must be made, this will come off your total service amount.

Please arrive 10minutes early for your first initial appointment, to cover consent forms and consult ideal lash design.

All future follow up appointments will no longer require consent forms however you’ll be expected to arrive 5mins early.

CANCELATIONS

Re- scheduling or cancelations must be made within 24hrs prior to your appointment.

If you have contacted after the 24hr period without re-scheduling your deposit will be non-refundable & non negotiable.

If you have contacted within 24hr period you have options to re-schedule or get a full refund.

LATE ARRIVALS / NO SHOW

If you are late to your appointment by 15mins or more your appointment will be canceled and your deposit will automatically be fortfettited.

If you are a NO CALL- NO SHOW you will Not be able to book again.
